Just a few of the rules to keep us all safe.

Procedures

  • Proof of vaccines is required for all staffed services. Please bring appropriate documentation with you for your visit.
  • Never leave a pet unattended in any area especially in our tubs, lobby, or drying areas at any time for any reason.
  • Leashes are required for entry and exit.
  • Adults must be in control of fur babies and children at all times. (Leads and cloth muzzles are available – for the fur babies only 🙂 if needed)
  • Do not approach an unknown fur baby.
  • Please respect the allotted time in Spa Wash and Drying Area.

The last Spa wash is 1 hour before closing. The last Nail rental is 1 hour before closing. Multiple pet families must have their last pet in the tub 30 minutes before closing.

See something, Say something – Messes? Accidents? Overexcited destruction accidents?  (Be aware of your pet and any damage that might occur from chewing, gnawing, or scratching marks please) Please let us know immediately so we can remedy the problem and prevent any possible slips, smells, and injuries. 

Cancellations and Changes to Appointments

Your time and our time is precious, please be considerate by calling to cancel or change an appointment with 24 hours of reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Missed appointments are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee, and may require payment in advance of any future services.

Payment Options

We accept cash and all major credit debit cards. We do not accept Checks or bills over $50.00.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Please be on time for your appointment. Any late arrivals may require us to reschedule so we do not cause a delay for the next scheduled customer. All pets must be picked up at the conclusion of their service within 30 minutes of our phone call. We do offer an hourly rate for daycare services if you will need more time to pick up your fur baby.

Quality & Safety

The safety of our fur babies, clients, and staff is our primary concern. We are dedicated to building an environment of safety through training, education, and policy development. Our passion for safety awareness, health, and personal responsibility promotes employee well-being and ensures a safe, healthy, and happy atmosphere.

We routinely clean and disinfect throughout the day and after individual usage of equipment. Our professional groomers and experienced trainers use safety protocol and approved equipment for the safety of you and your fur baby and our staff.

Due to COVID safety, we currently are requiring Masks while utilizing our services. A maximum of 2 people from the same family allowed in the wash/dry/grooming/daycare areas. If there is a wait, we will put your name on our list, and please wait in your car for our call. Please allow our staff will escort you to the area for your service. Sidewalk drop off and pick up is available for those who prefer not to enter our facility,
